Peter Callander is an independent consultant to the legal profession and insurance industry on issues relating to site and landscape construction defects, claims analysis, standard of care for landscape architects, landscape construction industry, and related site elements. He has been retained on over 75 cases within the last several decades, primarily construction related defects, pedestrian access, and circulation and vegetation issues. Recent cases and depositions have involved landslide and landscape issues, tree screening and protection issues, and pedestrian access within parking lots.
